Stefanie Maass FNP-C, MEP-C is the owner and operator of Scottsdale Skin and Holistic Health and Wellness Center Scottsdale. Combined they offer a comprehensive wellness center providing services to enhance inner and outer health and beauty. Stefanie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in cosmetic procedures, is certified through AAMEP, and is a National Educator for cosmetic injections. She also offers one-on-one training in cosmetic procedures in her Scottsdale office.
Additionally, Stefanie has advanced training in bio-identical hormone replacement, thyroid support, nutrition, and weight loss. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and currenty completing a fellowship in Functional and Regenerative Medicine though the A4M organization.
Stefanie graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in Biology and then taught high school biology for a year before returning to school to get her degree in nursing. Stefanie moved to Ohio and attended Kent State College of Nursing and graduated with her BSN in 1998. Upon moving to Arizona in 2005, Stefanie did additional nurse training to become licensed in Arizona, has completed her Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
When Stefanie is not working, teaching, or in school herself, she spends her free time riding and training her Friesian horses. Her husband Eric is not only the business manager but also the laser and radiofrequency expert. If he is not at the office you can find him at the motocross track.
Hilary Nance was born and raised in South Georgia. She moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 2003 to attend Arizona State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Communications. After spending a few years in the financial industry, Hilary decided to follow her passion for making others feel better about themselves, and attended National Laser Institute in 2009. Her modeling background reinforced the importance of skin and the anti-aging process. The laser treatments she offers help reverse the signs of aging like wrinkles and brown pigmentation; she also performs tattoo removal and permanent hair reduction.
Ann Casillo was born in Southern California and moved to Arizona in 1999 with her husband and daughter they now call Scottsdale their home.
Ann is a spa level, highly skilled aesthetician; her specialty is facials that get results. She believes that because of Arizona’s dry climate and fast pace life, it is crucial to receive monthly treatments. Ann loves building a partnership with her clients. She feels it is imperative to evaluate their skin and determine a unique treatment that corresponds to their skin type and condition. Ann’s passion for continued education allows her to learn and incorporate the newest techniques and trends.
Crystal Parilla is a licensed medical aesthetician and certified laser technician who has been in the medical industry for over 10 years. In order to expand her knowledge and skills in this field, she trained with several well know Dermatologists and Nurse Practitioners. She was an instructor for a comprehensive laser course and is also a laser safety operator. Crystal specializes and is an educator for non-ablative laser systems, photofacials (IPL), hair removal, vein reduction, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, and tattoo removal.
Trisha White is a Certified Laser Technician and a Certified Laser Safety Officer. She earned her certification from the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her background includes years of medical office manager, chiropractic assistant, and laser technician. When she’s not making Scottsdale Skin & Holistic Health a pleasant place for clients and fellow employees, Trisha enjoys spending time with her son.
